Community partners play a critical role in building a strong and sustainable workforce development pipeline in construction trades by aligning education, training, and employment opportunities across multiple systems. Consistent collaboration between all partners is essential to create a sustainable and reliable pipeline to meet the employment demands of the future.
- K–12 school divisions help introduce students early to career pathways through technical education and exposure to skilled trades, while higher education institutions and apprenticeship programs provide the hands-on training and credentials needed for entry and advancement.

- Social service organizations, including job services and career coaching providers, help individuals overcome barriers to employment and connect them with training and job opportunities.

NV3C welcomes donations of monetary support and other materials to strengthen construction workforce initiatives. Contributions are directly incorporated into training projects or shared with trusted nonprofit and education partners across the region, expanding access to hands-on learning opportunities and supporting the next generation of skilled trades professionals.
