Future Craft Talent Experience construction in the field
The Future Craft Talent Experience gives students a chance to step onto active jobsites, connect with industry professionals, and discover the wide range of careers available in construction. Through hands-on activities and real-world exposure, participants gain valuable insight into the skills, technology, and teamwork that drive today’s built environment.
Future in Focus skills competition
Future in Focus challenges high school seniors to explore construction careers through hands-on competitions and industry-led mentorship. Participants work alongside experienced professionals, showcase their talents, and gain confidence while learning about rewarding career pathways in the skilled trades and construction industry.
