Meet Neo! He attended our Trades Hiring Fair at the WISH Center in Alexandria on 3/26/2026 and was eager to learn more about NV3C members. His goal was to start in an entry level labor position to add “real experience” in construction as he pursues his Bachelors degree in Construction Management online. He is now a Safety Apprentice with Total Civil Construction. Thank you Pablo Osorio for recognizing Neo’s potential and enthusiasm to start his career!
